New Zealand Delivery - Flat Rate $5.20

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. All packages travelling within New Zealand are lodged with CourierPost (courier division of NZ Post). Delivery to main areas is usually overnight, but always within 2-3 days. Rural delivery comes at no extra cost.

Tracking

Once your package has been sent, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your purchase here or by calling 08002687437. Sometimes it may take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to register with CourierPost.

 

Australian Delivery - Flat Rate $6.40

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. All packages travelling within Australia are lodged with NZ Post Airmail. Delivery takes about a week.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us before sending it back to us. We will issue you an RMA number, returns are only accepted with this number.

 

 

Returns

Please note, a 20% restocking fee may apply if the product is found not to be faulty.

We can accept returns for up to 10 days after the purchase date. To do so, login to your account. Then navigate to 'Order History', select the order you wish to return.
Each item you wish to return can be selected using the checkbox. Next, click 'Make RMA Slip'.

We will then review your request. You will receive an email once we acknowledge your request. A RMA slip can be printed off from the 'My Merchandise Returns' heading. Please include this when returning a product.
